Twelve Week - Depression Counseling / Therapy & Life Coaching Program

Weeks 1-4: (8 sessions)
- Weekly two hour personal life coaching sessions
- Focus 1: Beginning our discussion of pertinent personal history
- Focus 2: Communication, Depression and Anger dynamics / issues
- Focus 3: Identifying and understanding your unique 'life rules' and patterns of thinking
Week 5: (2 sessions) 
- Two hours psychological testing
- Focus : Individual issues - needs and personal fulfillment
Week 6: (2 sessions)
- Two hour personal Life coaching session
- Focus 1: Understanding the results of your personal assessments
- Focus 2: Augmenting our discussions with the additional information gathered from the testing
Weeks 7 - 12: (5 sessions)
- One hour personal life coaching sessions
- Focus 1: Understanding and implementing 'new life rules'
- Focus 2: Life coaching - using your new understanding to enhance and further your life goals
Additional Benefit: (1 session)
- 2 - floating / as-needed life coaching sessions
Mastery of new ideas and skills takes a bit of time. Unless you commit and persist in your efforts to do something beyond what you have already mastered, things will be forever as they are today. The process of change and understanding is an ongoing state of exploration that is never finished... a journey that never ends. |
