Just a little about my background. My specialties are marriage counseling, depression therapy, and life coaching for adults. I did my undergraduate work at University of Colorado at Boulder. As an undergraduate, I was  everything from a physics major (The Essence of Leadership

Astrophysics ), to a neurobiology major, finally I settled on psychology with an emphis on becoming a counselor / therapist. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Psychology in 1986. I then went on to earn my Master's in Psychology, with an emphasis on additional counselor / therapist, education, and training from Regis University, I graduated from the counseling program with Honours - Magna Cum Laude. Later I earned my license as a professional counselor / therapist. As a therapist / Licensed counselor I have been providing therapy for individuals & couples, married and unmarried for well over 20 years now, assisting them to  recapture their passion for love and life.

Over my twenty plus years as a therapist and supervisor, I've had the privilege of working and supervising in a variety of settings, and with wide ranging populations. I have worked with adults as a marriage counselor, worked with individuals as a life coach and personal / depression therapist. Additionally I have supervised in everything from in-patient ( hospital ) to out-patient settings. As a Clinical Supervisor I was at times in the unique position to be able to develop novel approaches to treating different disorders. One of the programs I developed was so successful that is now in use across the nation and is recognized as the standard of treatment for the population for which it was designed. Now I have the privilege of bringing all of my expertise and years of experience to my private practice, you and or your relationship.

Martial therapy, depression counseling, or life coaching is an investment in yourself and/or your marriage. It seems that no one teaches us how to be an emotionally healthy person, or how to have a healthy marriage. Some of us seek out a coach, or a mentor, and when we do, we find that we have discovered something that we never knew existed. We find that being an emotionally healthy person or having a healthy marriage is not a mysterious or elusive thing that people only talk about. It's real, and within your grasp. The time and energy you spend on yourself and your marriage is never wasted! Invest in yourself and your marriage!
